RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Optimus Hardware, we are committed to providing a transparent and compliant experience. Our return policy is fully aligned with UK consumer laws.

14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

You have a legal right to change your mind. You have 14 days from the day after you receive your product to notify us of your decision to return an item for a full refund, with no reason required.

RETURNING YOUR ITEM

Once you have notified us of your cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the physical product to our designated address.

ELIGIBILITY & EXCLUSIONS

Items must be returned in their original, resellable condition, complete with all packaging, accessories, and documentation.

TECHNOLOGY & SEALED GOODS: For your security and hygiene, we cannot accept returns on sealed items if the tamper-evident seal has been broken or tampered with. This includes, but is not limited to: in-ear headphones, software, memory cards, and pre-activated devices.

REFUNDS

We will process your full refund (including standard delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned item or your proof of postage.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty.
